Product Introduction

The rotary automatic rubber stopper washing machine is mainly used for washing rubber stoppers in the production of antibiotics and large infusion solutions in the pharmaceutical industry. It is mainly suitable for cleaning rubber stoppers in penicillin bottles, large infusion bottles, and various bottles. The method of washing rubber plugs is to continuously enter hot distilled water (with a water temperature of around 80 ℃) from the bottom of the rinsing machine, and flip the rubber plugs under the rotation of the drum to float out the rubber plug dust, which is discharged through the overflow port. The washing machine can rotate forward or backward, and the washing time can be adjusted (usually 20-30 minutes).

Working principle

The high-frequency oscillation signal emitted by the ultrasonic generator is converted into high-frequency mechanical oscillation by the transducer and propagated into the cleaning solvent. The ultrasonic waves radiate forward in a sparse and dense manner in the cleaning solution, causing the liquid to flow and generate tens of thousands of tiny bubbles. These bubbles form and grow in the negative pressure zone where ultrasound propagates longitudinally, and quickly close in the positive pressure zone. In this process known as the "cavitation" effect, the closure of bubbles can form an instantaneous high pressure of over 1000 atmospheres, continuously generating instantaneous high pressure like a series of small "explosions" that constantly impact the surface of the object, causing the dirt on the surface and gaps of the object to quickly peel off, thereby achieving the goal of purifying the surface of the object. Simultaneously heating the solvent temperature through a heating coil accelerates cleaning and facilitates silicification.
